• Use solar power while charging the battery bank
The full power in watts/amps generated by the solar panels is utilised 100% to charge the battery bank. During daytime you can run the load with solar power as well as charge the battery bank at the same time. Since grid power is not used you are fully on solar power and independent.
• Optimum Energy Harvest
Our system always scans the sunshine and generates peak power from the panels giving optimum energy harvest all the time. It saves you money and enhances the ROI.
• Overcharge / Over discharge Protection
Our system, while charging the battery bank, protects the battery from overcharge and over discharge and also monitors the battery temperature. When the sunshine is more and generating high energy from the panels, this high current may boil the battery bank electrolyte. In this case our system will protect the battery from high temperature by reducing the temperature to normal by limiting the charge current to a safer level. For this function we will install a temperature probe to the battery bank for our system to monitor.
• Auto-Desulfation
In a solar power system, the everyday charge and discharge cycle makes the battery electrolyte to produce a third material which covers the battery's lead electrode. This is known as sulfation. This sulfation is not easy to remove. For this reason our system has a desulfation circuit to enhance the battery bank's charge/discharge efficiency by removing sulfation from the electrodes.
